Drop In Lego
Use our Lego collection to build and create your own characters, structures and vehicles.

4-10 years, 11am-1pm
Children’s Area – Parental Supervision Required.


Tuesday March 19
Maze Dash
We will work together to build mazes with Keva blocks and then challenge ourselves to code robots to navigate mazes by themselves.

9-12 years, 12:30-2:30pm

Wednesday March 20
Board Game Bonanza
Learn and try the newest and popular games. In partnership with Game Point.

8-12 years, 10am-12pm

Try your hand at the newest releases. Learn how to play collaborative games. In partnership with Game Point.

Can you believe it has been 5 years since this movie was released? Come and enjoy this viewer favourite while relaxing and enjoy some popcorn.

Build a Better Boat Challenge
Build the best paper boat you can to hold the greatest amount of weight.

Mosaic Mural
Use pastels to create a portion of a larger work of art. Completed creation will be displayed in the Library.

Teen Cook and Book Club 2018

The Cook and Book Club for teens at the Sechelt Library wrapped up on Tuesday, August 14th with a BBQ cooking session, complete with BBQed pizza, corn, veggie skewers, and strawberry milkshakes. This program ran for four Tuesdays with financial assistance from the Friends of the Sechelt Library. Teens learned how to cook and discussed the latest books out for teens in 2018.
