Each week we will see a TED Talk on a given topic and talk about ways to incorporate each aspect. This series is focused on ways to keep the brain healthy and is not designed for those suffering from neurological illness.

Elder Women Drop-in group – Winter 2019

Join Jill Hightower at the Elder Women drop-in group.

The group facilitates senior women coming together to share information, support independence, laugh, and know that we are not alone.  It is in the tradition of women, that they get together and talk.  The Elder Women meet the first Friday of every month. NB: The group will NOT meet in January 2019.
