If you live in Egmont, Pender Harbour, Halfmoon Bay, Sechelt, or Roberts Creek and don’t want to visit the library in person, you can apply for a library card by registering through our online form. Each person can register for one active library card.
Temporary Cards, which give you access to most of our online digital resources, are valid for three months.
Permanent cards, which give you full access to our collection and services, are valid for three years. Visit the library with proof of residency (identification, bill, mail, or rental agreement with current address) to pick up your permanent card.
